At our discretion and at no additional charge to you, STL Home Inspection Services uses Infrared imaging technology in addition to moisture meters which can identify potential defects.

Infrared (IR) imaging technologyis used to measure the temperature of an object. It is a non-contact device that detects infrared energy (heat) and converts it into a visual image. As home inspectors we use the technology for a variety of reasons. Energy loss, electrical issues and water issues are the main reason why home inspectors use the technology.
